The Casa Caetano opens its doors at the Paiva River banks, in Alvarenga, where the beauty and landscape merge with the force of the water. Here, the tradition of the Alvarenga steak still persists, and the Arouquesa veal keeps the traditional seasoning, cooked on the wood oven.
