It is at the Eduardo de Noronha Dias distillery that the “secret ingredients” of a drink that is already one of the Arouca Geopark’s business cards come together: Pinguça. Here you can see an alembic still in operation (and make it work), from which comes the bagaceira brandy, which serves as the basis for liqueurs and, in addition to the visit, you can also make your own Pinguça, perhaps discovering a surprising flavor.
