The cliffs of Mizarela have a lot to teach us about the fauna and flora of the “Enchanted Mountains”. Starting at the Merujal Camping Park, it takes you past the Biodiversity Station and some of the most privileged views of the Frecha da Mizarela.
Other points of interest: the villages of Ribeira, Cabaços and Mizarela; the River Caima; the Ribeira da Castanheira canyoning route and the Cabaços climbing wall.

The pedestrian routes of the great route (GR) and the small route (PR) are marked, in both directions, according to the rules of the Portuguese Camping and Mountaineering Federation. The white and red marks signal a great route and the yellow and red marks, a small route.
