Corga Tours

Corga Tours is a tourist entertainment company based in Vila Cova, in the parish of Espiunca. We organize on-road and off-road jeep tours of the region’s most emblematic sites, from the 516 Arouca Bridge and Paiva Walkways to Serra da Freita, Drave, Portal do Inferno, schist and slate villages and the incredible view over the Arouca Valley from the top of Senhora da Mó hill. Our aim is to show our tourists the most beautiful landscapes in Arouca.

• Crossing the 516 Arouca Bridge

We guide our tourists across the 516 Arouca suspension bridge and the Paiva Walkways with prior reservation and notice.

• Serra da Freita Tour – Serra da Freita, the Majestic

We start the tour in the center of the town of Arouca with a reference to the most historic sites and continue with a visit to the magnificent landscape of the Senhora da Mó mountain. In the second part, we will visit the Serra da Freita, focusing on all the geosites.

• Tour village of Drave – In the Splendor of the Mountains

We start the tour in the center of the village of Arouca, where we discover some of the town’s most historic sites and visit the hill of Senhora da Mó. Heading towards Drave, we pass through Aldeia do Cando and make a stop at the imposing Portal do Inferno mountains. We also visit the villages of Regoufe and Ponte de Telhe, where we see the Paivô River, a tributary of the Paiva River.

• Rio de Frades Tour – In the heart of nature

We start the tour in the center of the village of Arouca, with a reference to the most historic sites, and continue with a visit to the magnificent landscape of the Senhora da Mó hill. Along the way, we visit the village of Ponte de Telhe, overlooking the Paivô River, and in the village of Rio de Frades we can visit a deactivated mining area with incredible scenery
