Running frogBufo calamita

Rounded head, wider than long and with a short snout. The eyes are relatively large, protruding, with a horizontal elliptical pupil and a greenish iris with dark pigmentation. The parotid glands are distributed parallel to each other. The back is variably colored, although greenish tones predominate. It often has a yellowish or whitish vertebral line. The belly is light with numerous irregular black spots.

Dimension Length: 60-70 mm

Habitat Wide variety of habitats, from coastal sands to high mountain areas. Prefers open areas with loosely compacted soil.
