SamacaloAnarrhinum bellidifolium

The stem is branched and has obovate to oblanceolate-spathulate lower leaves at the base of the plant and alternate cauline leaves. The flower is intense violet-blue in color and is attached to the stem by a short, sometimes non-existent, pedicel.

Habitat Scrubland glades, slopes, escarpments; poor, dry, stony, acidic soils.
