Water pineMyriophyllum aquaticum

Aquatic herb, sometimes subwoody at the base. It has 4-6 leaves per node. The emerging leaves are bluish-green, covered in hemispherical, tiny, transparent glands. The male flowers are yellowish or light pink, solitary.
