WillowSalix atrocinerea
Tall shrub or small tree, dioecious. The bark of the younger trunks is gray and smooth, becoming brownish over time. The leaves are obovate or oblong-oblanceolate. The flowers are arranged in upright panicles. The fruit is a hairy capsule covered in hairs.
