Next Saturday, November 23rd, we will “dive” into the forest of the Arouca Geopark, under the guidance of biologist Sara Duarte Correia, internationally certified as a Forest Bathing Guide, and with a PhD in ‘Tourism, Ecosystem Services and Health’.

The activity will take place between 9.30am and 12.30pm, in the Vidoeiro area, Serra da Freita, and is an action to reconnect with nature and promote individual health and well-being through this guided and interpreted contact.
