The village of Regoufe is still a living testimony to a significant part of our identity. Not only because of its mining village character, but also because of its sense of community, its ethnographic and folkloric heritage (particularly the popular songs, the greatest examples of oral tradition), the intense and artisanal way in which the fields that surround the village are still worked, and the way in which religious festivities are lived.
