This session covers the various geological, meteorological/climatic and biological risks, as well as the concepts of natural disaster, risk, vulnerability and hazard, among others, using practical examples from Arouca Geopark and the other Portuguese World Geoparks: Azores, Estrela, Naturtejo, Oeste and Terras de Cavaleiros.
