Geopark Digital Field lesson: virtual tour of Arouca Geopark by Leya
<p>Specially aimed at secondary school students, but adaptable to other levels of education as it is a powerpoint presentation, the Leya publishing group has made a virtual tour of the Arouca Geopark available in its Resource Bank (currently free to access). There are two routes available: (i) Serra da Freita and (ii) Vale do Paiva/Passadiços do Paiva, which cover the geological aspects, fauna and flora of these two areas of special value in the UNESCO World Geopark of Arouca.
